so was wondering if this run planned seemed like it would work or not.
i want to be able to do a 4 mile run in less than 30 minutes before school starts up in the fall.
so i was gonna start by the first week just running one mile.
every week after i was going to increase it by .25 miles.
so the second week would be 1.25 miles
third would be 2.5
and so on.
you think that would be a healthy way to build it up or is it moving to fast?
