    what would you guys recommend to someone who eventually gets sick of taking in protein shakes and bars? i've done some research and nausea is common for some people who are trying to take in 3-4 shakes per day.

    I use a whole food for the majority of my protein. Bars will just put on ugly weight ;)

    you mean just food high in protein?

    i've tried different powder brands and flavors. i can last the longest with vanilla blended with milk and a banana.

    maybe your body just cant handle that much?

    try a shake in the morning and one after your workout?

    yeah, i was down to just 2 per day. i would just like to be able to take in more. my best results were when i was taking in 4 shakes/day for about 3 months straight. eventually i felt like i was gonna throw up after every shake though.

    you can also try sprinkling the powder over some yogurt or cottage cheese or some other "healthy" snack... beer is also a another good alternative to straight protein shakes :D

    I weight just about everything I eat so I know what I'm taking in.
    Some examples are: skinless chicken breast, tilapia, eggs, egg whites, salmon

    When you take creatine, do you take it straight (powder/pill) or flavored mix? Also do the sales pitches for increased absorption/transmission really work?

    Any thought on a pre-workout drink? I take N.O.-XPLODE. It really helps me focus on my workout but have herd mixed reviews on it.

    meth works great...

    but if that isnt your thing i've tried muslce pharm assault and felt a big "rush"... i try not to rely on needing a pre work out supp before i train, esp days i crossfit... but sometimes you just need that extra boost

    Some work better for others. Eventually, you'll become used to it so I'd suggest cycling every 3-4wks. On/off
