Hello,
I had a 7mm lesion in the medial (inside) portion of my ankle and the doctor is saying that it is going to be more than 6 months till i am fully back to all activites. I am at 6 months now and am ready to get back to all of my activites. If any one has any experance and info to when i can get back to all activites that would be great. thanks..
