Hey Guys! I became a Beachbody coach about 2 months ago and just wanted to throw my site out there in case anyone is interested in Beachbody programs or supplements. In case you don't know who Beachbody is, they are the company that puts out P90X, Insanity, Insanity The Asylum, and the soon to be released P90X2. They also have a couple of great supplements that I use. The P90X Results and Recovery Formula is awesome for a post workout drink and Shakeology is another excellent supplement. If you have done Insanity and haven't tried The Asylum then you are missing out. The best thing about these programs is they are no longer than an hour usually and you can do them right in your home.
