Gotta say i got more than i bargained for with this one. I focus a lot on supersets and being fast paced in the gym but this was a whole new level of suck. If any of yall have ever done it what was you time on the first one. It was the hardest thing I've ever done.

The "300" workout I do is 100 pull-ups, 100 tire flips and 100 pushups.
