It sucks trying to figure out WTF its coming from. First, you gotta figure out how long it takes for you to see the 'rash' (for me, 2 days). And then figure out WTF you've come in contact with that might still have the oils on it.

When I found out what it was ....I swear, I wanted to clean everything off with alcohol!!! Cleaned out my truck, washed all my clothes, wiped off my shoes.... It's crazy!!

Yep. Took a while, but I figured it out right after basic training. Been using Tide only for the past 10 years.

Sounds like the oil from the poison ivy is in your bed or on your clothes. Wash all of it...twice. I hate that shit.

Yep. Have to use Tide Free without perfumes and dye. It's the only brand I'll use.

I'm not but my wife is allergic to certain detergents. We use" ALL" non-scented with no dyes. Its the only thing we buy and she has no problems with that.

Yeah been there. Certain bar soaps like Irish spring would get me when I was younger too. Still can't use most gell or clear deodorants either.

    Welcome to the club.

If you touched the oils (hands) and touched your ear.....picked your nose (ouch)....scratched your....(nevermind) :D

I have done all the hi-pro mods for a life time, since I got this truck at a great price, I will be happy with showroom new.

I know how you feel, I have severe hay fever and allergies, and I am so sensitive to poison oak/ivy yeas ago when I had a house, a neighbor two houses up had bought a run down house and was clearing the yard real good and he as cutting and weed eating poison ivy and it was windy and I inhaled enough to make be breakout in my throat and wind pipe, it was a wicked week and that is all I will say.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::crapstorm::crapstorm::crapstorm:
