Testosterone supplements?

Please recommend Testosterone supplements for a 40 year old Male.

I went to the Dr. and he said they my Testorterone was in the 400s. Which is too high for him to prescribe Testosterone but, I was wondering if there were any safe alternatives? Because I can feel myself losing energy and drive.

Testosterone for gym or other late night activities?? Try Tribulus. Supposed to be for bodybuilding but all it did was make me horny. Strong enough to where I couldn't concentrate at work. LOL.

Also, one of my friends was taking testosterone supplements for a while and he would have some pretty bad mood swings, be wary of that.

Before I forget, make sure you cycle what ever supplement you choose to use. Its usually dictated in the instructions, but its probably going to be 2 months on 1 month off. If you dont do that you will get some pretty bad side effects
