    I did it last year in Texas. Weather was good and the course was pretty damn challenging. I think we finished in 50 minutes. If your in the second heat or after, expect delays as alot of peeps are failing the obsticals. Good luck!!!!!

    50 min is pretty fast, did you do the 8 mile version?

    thread bump.
    Just did the Spartan Sprint in Austin this past weekend. What an a$$ kicking great time. I only started training for it a few months back and feel i did ok (under 2 hrs, lots of team helping time and a lot of clock blocking). I finished without dieing and that was my goal. I'm ready to sign up for 2013 and maybe a Beast if i can keep training. I felt like i was gonna puke for hours afterward.

    50 minutes is moving! Keep up the good work you'll be running Hobie Call down in no time.
