Hey fellas. As we all know, diet has a massive impact on our gains and goals for getting/staying in shape. I realize the importance myself and I'm constantly on the look out for new snack/meal ideas to eat through out the day.
So if you would share some tasty recipes post here. Post should have:

I'll get things started. With a quick snack I put together... Probably not the best meal but I liked it.
Ingredients: 1 can of tuna (no mayo), a few leaves of green leaf lettuce, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, and 1/2 cup of premade brown rice.
