Cool Meal/Snack Sharing thread

Hey fellas. As we all know, diet has a massive impact on our gains and goals for getting/staying in shape. I realize the importance myself and I'm constantly on the look out for new snack/meal ideas to eat through out the day.

So if you would share some tasty recipes post here. Post should have:
-Ingredients
-nutritianal facts
-Preparing/cooking time
- and PICTURES!!!

I'll get things started. With a quick snack I put together... Probably not the best meal but I liked it.

Ingredients: 1 can of tuna (no mayo), a few leaves of green leaf lettuce, 1 slice of whole wheat bread, and 1/2 cup of premade brown rice.

Nutritional facts: to come.

Perpetration: <10 minutes

I keep hard boiled eggs, (peeled and yoked) around at all times, as well as pecans and cashews, and cottage cheese. All are excellent ways to kill a hunger pain.

I am a big fan of omelettes. I'm always throwing in left over meat into my omelette.

Here is some left over brisket in an omelette. For a quick breakfast. This with a slice of wheat toast. And a cup of black coffee.

I've been looking for alternative condiments. Something with low sodium. What kind of mustard?

Heres what's for lunch.

Turkey Tacos.

About 12oz of ground turkey. 3 artisan style whole grain tortillas (baked) shredded lettuce. And some hot sauce.

Around 50g of protein.

Great recipes but I'd replace that green leaf with butter lettuce ftw!

Stir fry in olive oil some fresh corn cut off the cob, broccoli florets, garlic and zucchini. Fills you up and you feel so good after eating a bowl of this! Makes a great meal.

Prep time: 15 mins
nutritional value: Heck, I dunno!

my breakfast 5 days out of the week.
2 cups milk
1 cup raw oatmeal
1 banana
1 cup of mixed frozen berries, black, blue, ras and strawberries.
Damn healthy,lots of protein,calories,carbs,antioxidants,vitamins etc.
I am a ups driver so this keeps me going till lunch. if you sit at a desk you should adjust the milk and oats,

Thags way more food then I could ever eat for breakfast. I eat a 1/3 cup of oatmeal and sometimes a low fat yogurt.

Woman at work keyed me into this idea, broccoli dipped in peanut butter, not bad at all, not as good as ranch, but pb is a much better option.

I've heard of them, they came to our gym and gave samples. Their shake was delicious and they have many flavors. The guy who was on the program had picture with him and his wife and they both look much better. But no experience with it myself, I am kinda interested after trying a sample.
