I'm not "fat," but I know I'm heading that way if I don't change my eating habits. Not old either, 25, but metabolism is slowing down for sure. Exercise really means nothing if I can't get my diet in check. And for sure my stomach's getting larger and I'm getting tired easily now.

Anyone know of recipes or good websites that I can give out a try? I'm getting sick of homemade deli sandwiches that's for sure.

    Thanks all!
