I have been eating them for a while on and off.
I friend said they were bad for you. Mom allways said that an apple tree will grow in your stomach too.
So after much intranets study I still have no idea and am still alive and as far as I can tell no branches or roots sprouting out anyplace yet?
Any real info you folks can relate?

I thought that's how the apple tree proliferates: animal eats apple, seeds pass through digestive system and are excreted. The feces act as fertilizer.

    Do you chew the seeds?
