    who has the best multi-vitamins for active lifestyle. I am looking at the GNC mega men sport and dont know if its good or not.

    I personally prefer a "whole food" vitamin instead of some random chemicals but lots of fruits/veggies (organic w/o pesticides) are ideal! My new thing is juicing and get tons of vits that way!
