So today is my rest day, since im not going to be working out, im also eating less, so here are my meals for today.
First gather indigence
So we have:
2 cups Organic baby spinach
2 buffalo chicken breast
1 marinated salmon
1 can black beans
8 egg whites
Scrambled egg whites with spinach, 1/2 grilled chicken breast, 2 scoops of whey with 1 banana.
1 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 can black beans
Baked salmon with 1/2 can of black beans, and i will finished the day with another protein shake
