Shit, I have never even heard of these things or seen anyone using them before checking out this thread! Interesting and affordable, I think I'll order some. If I don't like it whatever, with shipping a unit + e-juice can't be more than $50. Thanks to thise who posted links.
Question: I smoke occationally and that leaves a pretty nasty after taste. Does vaping have any after taste?

Just a bunch of old crap
Just got my Innokin iTaste MVP 2.0 this week and I'm in heaven. I had variable voltage before, but the battery life on this thing is insane. Never thought I'd go to a big box mod, but the control on the MVP is where it's at. My ProTank 2's and ViVi Novas fit on great with the beauty ring. While this box is a beast and heavy, it's built so well and has such great features that I'll keep my other variable voltage batteries as charged back-ups for long trips where I don't have a power supply. I'm on day 2 on the first charge on the MVP and it's going strong and still in the green for battery life. I'm going to run it through green, yellow and red and let it die and see how many puffs I get from it on a full charge. Right now I'm at 796 hits running a ProTank with a 1.8ohm coil, voltage at 3.8 and watts at only 6. Coil is reading 2.0ohms after using a new one for a full day (love the ohm readout on the display on the MVP so you can see what your coil resistance is truly running at).

I'm only running fluids from Tasty Vapor (www.tastyvapor.us) because Geoff over there is actually a chef and takes great pride in his mixes. I have tried lots of fluids from all over, and his stuff is the most accurate I have tasted.

Agreed...I also like the increased throat hit that comes with a little nicotine.

Just wanted to say hey, recently switched to the e-cig last week, and still need to read through the thread for product info and stuff. I picked up a V2 brand rechargeable cig at the gas station and am using the menthol cartridges it came with. I ordered some cartridges from vapor4life (18 and 24 mg strengths) and expect those to be at work in the mail tomorrow. I am a little reluctant to make a big purchase on a Joyetech or similar quality machine that takes liquid and cartomizers etc etc, I like the simplicity of the cartridges but have to admit the V2 menthols I have are kind of nasty. Any suggestions for a beginner vapor user with a cartridge based machine?

I started with a gas station e-cig and it was horrible. please get something with variable voltage you won't regret it.

for a beginner I would recommend an ego twist with a protank 2 mini or boge 510 cartos. a lot of people like those ce4's too

yep, the first thing I do with any new RDA is rip the stock coil out and wash all the machine oil out of it.

that was my first attempt at building a micro coil with cotton wick. it's an 1.8 ohm coil. and I'm vaping at 12 watts

I'm sold. I won't build them any other way from now own . this is the best vape I have had so far. the vaper is crazy dense.

this is how I built it.

I've wanted to quit for years. Finally this comes along.
I randomly saw the ad for a blu starter pack at a local gas station took the plunge then realized that I wasted $40 of good money on bad e cigs. I was able to take it back and re-invest in a hot vapes torpedo kit.
    I'm hooked.
I'm off stinkies since last Sunday and had zero cravings for regular cigs.

I gotta believe PM and RJR are pissin their pants and how to get in on this or grab market share to hedge their bets.

will edit this post with pics when I get home from work, went to Alt Smoke vapor shop down the street and got a manual variable voltage ego-c I think with a kanger t-3 clearomizer, and also picked up a vapor zeus which is really nice to carry in my pocket for work.
