Krill oil

    Doc put me on Krill oil. Went to walmart and the mega red is locked up like they lock up razor blades. I'm thinking are these pills that good or is there a huge black market for them. I just can't see people who are apt to take krill oil straling them...no point in this post I guess.

    Both numbers are off a little bit not much though, I have had issues with my back and leg and haven't got much exercise this year I know that has added extra weight and it affects cholesterol too. The krill oil is supposed to be good for heart too.
