I eat pretty clean and don't drink like I use to.. once every 2-3 weeks and it'll be 2-3 glasses, usually scotch or wine. A definite reason for a low score was going way hard and fast right off the clock. My weaknesses are ring muscle ups and HSPU. Bar muscle ups I can do but rings
I could do DUs for the life of me for the first 3 months of CF so I'd arrive early and go 15mins practice and cash out at the end with 15mins.
Forgot to mention I had a 6 week absent from December to mid January only doing olys and no metcons.
That'll do it. And that's what I tell everyone - practice, practice, practice. It's a brutal mistress, unless you are a masochist and like being whipped, but once you crack the DU mystery... it's like learning clutchless shifting on a motorcycle.... magic.
