I think perception of "good" and "bad" are where we are running into our discrepancies lol

Everything is relative, there is a lot of "bad" stuff for us but wont kill us

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish... If you're trying to lose weigh, 7 beers in 1 day is better for you than 1 beer everyday for seven days. With one beer everyday you throw off your metabolism every day instead of just once a week.

As far as what " they say " is good or bad for us..it depends on what the study was trying to prove and who paid for it. Eggs are bad for us...no good for us again. Milk is bad for us...no wait...maybe not. Anything in moderation ( smoking excluded ) is probably not good or bad for us. I see all these old folks who are asked the secret to a long life. They ate eggs and bacon every day for breakfast etc.

sweet, i like this answer.....i'm trying to lose weight and die faster.....so it looks like bingeing is the way to go
yeah, i get that. my gramps ate bacon/sausage and fried eggs and toast every morning for breakfast, drank a gallon of whole milk every 2 days, and lived to be 93 and was never overweight. but he was a real man, and did shit like pull green onions out of the ground, knock the dirt off, and eat that shit right there.

Its not the same price haha. A old body builder once told that a beer a day after you work out was good for you. Idk how much truth is really behind that though.

My Grandpa is the same way. 87 and still going. I think realistically one beer a day is not going to hurt you anymore and probably less than going to work in any line of work every day or having a glass of milk with breakfast or anything else really. Grand scheme of things IMO it's a very small worry compared to the million other things that can happen for your health at any given time. So enjoy a beer or three and don't worry about it!

At the end of this professional clinical trial will you be repeating it again next week and so on?

7 drinks a week is unhealthy regardless of the pace.

I have to assume this is referring to the end of your sex life. I'm pretty sure there is no danger (other than chaffing) in having too much sex, unless you mean too many different partners, in which case you should say, "unsafe sex life."
