    1. Drinking 1 beer a day for 7 days? Or drinking 7 beers in 1 day and none for the other 6?

    2. Does this change for hard liquor?

    Go.

The answer is 7 beers in one day is worse. You are easily able to metabolize 1 beer, 7 at a time? not so much

does not change with hard liquor as long as the alcohol content is the same

A shot (80 proof) and a beer have roughly the same amount of alcohol in them. They are both one standard drink and your body will metabolize the alcohol in each in about the same amount of time and with the same effort.

Consisting alcohol drinking will slow the metabolic breakdown, no? In such a way that someone who smokes weed once might have no trace of THC in 72 hours. Someone who smokes the same amount of weed, but does it every day it will show for far longer.

    Yes/no?

I dont know much about weed, not since HS anyway but only a damaged liver will metabolize alcohol differently

Lol doctors recommended cigarettes back in the day too. I think what he meant was that there wouldn't be any harm to your body, additionally I HAVE heard about the benefits of moderately drinking red wine because of the amount of antioxidants.
