So I haven't been feeling my usual chipper self lately. I have been tired all the time. It feels like I can't "catch up" on sleep. I generally get 6-8 hours a night. I scheduled a doctors appointment for this monday. I am going to have some blood work done and maybe check my thyroid.
Any way, I started feeling a migraine coming on throughout the day yesterday. I went to my nephs ball game and the constant changing from sunlight to cloudy really took a toll. By the end of the game I felt nauseous and light headed. It felt like my left eye was going to explode. Another weird thing is when I cough or sneeze or even bend over, it does the same thing to my eye and just behind my eye brow; feels like it is going to pop.
So my question to you sufferers is this: What do you do to ease the pain? I sometimes just have to go to bed. I actually slept from 8:45 last night to 6:30 this morning. I have heard hot showers and/or cold compresses work. Taking something like Excedrin or Tylenol doesn't effect it.
