    I don't know if anyone has suggested this yet..

    but you need to get a check on your diet. You are what you eat, literally. Eat at least three times a day, I saw you said you eat twice a day and it's usually junk..
    Seriously man, you'd be amazed what a bad diet can do to a body..

    You need to eat tons of vegetables, the fresher the better. That along with lean meats, fish, beans, whole grains, fruits and plenty of water and you're body will be able to function properly and unless it's something major it will clear it up itself.

    it's a big jump going from fast food to cooking your own whole foods but you'd be amazed at how great you can feel just by eating right.

    go watch some food documentaries on netflix.. that shit will scare you
