no bruising yet, just using ice so far, therapy will use heat and electro stim.

I have pain killers and ibuprofen 800 thats it.

Ah, Celebrex. My friend.
I liked the others before Bextra I think it was, but they said it had some small side effect I think it was heart stopping or something like that so they changed me to Celebrex 200mg twice a day.

I see my doc on the 3rd........as for therapy, I will call tomorrow to check. Not too bad today so far, a buddy came by and brought lunch which was cool. Frozen stuff didnt sound very tasty.

it was much appreciated.......He has MS, and has to work in a garage so the heat gets to him, and he works mostly by himself and doesnt get a chance to get food. I have been taking him lunch and checking in on him for the last year or so. He had a slow day today at his shop and came by to harass me some.

Going for temp handicap placard monday, the walk from my work parking lot to the office to get my check is prolly 1/4 mile round trip or more. They decided to take me off of direct deposit claiming I never should have been on direct deposit since I was injured

. I think its just easier for them since they screw up my check on a regular basis (no wonder the state is broke).

The doc found either a new tear, or a tear which was hidden during the first surgery, and a lot of scar tissue. She trimmed it all up as well as she could, and is optimistic this time.

Last week when the sutures came out, she also gave me a shot (steroids of some kind) right in the knee to help decrease the chances of my body creating as much scar tissue as it did last time.
