Hey guys, I've just started working out again after a 3-4 year hiatus after working at a UPS warehouse. A friend of mine recommended that I try out Isopure whey protein isolate, 50g of protein per 2 scoops, zero carbs, etc.

Anyone used this stuff? I drank my first one, and it's a lot better than I thought it would be.

    Thanks

Eh, it's fine for protein, but protein's protein.

I myself think steak tastes better.

LOL I gave up beef and pork at the beginning of this year due to health reasons and haven't turned back to it. Isopure is so far, so good.
