Drop the flax oil and take fish oil instead. Same results but healthier for your body.

Look into animal pump. Its a pill package with lots of good stuff. Including creatine pills, which are better than creatine powder because generally the pills give you ZERO water retention so you wont bloat up like the rest of the creatine monkeys :)

Muscle milk is good, you could also look into Quick Mass. Very good product and great for adding size since each shake is 1000 calories.

I don't currently use any of these because I am going for the lean chisled athletic look, but I have tried these all and they work great, especially the creatine pills, those things were ridiculous!

I agree with this. I did the protein supplements for awhile, but have noticed the most difference in the way I lift. Instead of focusing on time at the gym, I'd recommend looking at how you work your muscles. Working in quicker intervals between sets will force your muscles to work harder and, in my experience, build strength faster. I have condensed what used to take 90 minutes into about 40, and have noticed some pretty good strength gains in the past few weeks.

I completely disagree. Well not completely, short high intense intervals do build more muscle versus high rep low weight, but protein makes a huge difference in gaining size, which he said is exactly what he is going for.

That is true, my bad. I'm so used to trying to LOSE weight that I forgot that he was trying to gain some mass. So yes, I digress, some extra protein would help. Just try and not overload it...REALLY hard on your kidneys.

Protien, protien, and then more protien. To gain any amount of weight you need to be taking in at least 1.5g of protien times your body weight. So if you weigh 100 lbs you need to be taking in at the minimum 150 grams of protien a day. Also, timing of your protien intake is very key. You need to be eating right when you wake up and taking in a simple carbs and protien no longer than 40 minutes after your lift. For someone who is trying to gain muscle mass you are also going to need creatine and glutamine in your diet. You can buy both in the powder form unflavored and just mix it in with your post workout shake. There are millions of supplements out there, but most of them are crap. Stick with what has been proven to work, which is protien and creatine and build your diet around that. Also, 2 and a half hours at the gym is nuts. Fix your routine and get in and out. Over training will kill any progress you may have gained. Lift hard and you will see results.

if you do decide on using creatine, make sure you get the right type. right now most products contain cee or creatine ethyl ester. this is the version you want to get. also try to find one that is ph correct. doesnt matter if in pill or powder form. also try to get one that does not contain added sugars or aspartame. the ph balance will help you pack on actual muscle mass, not just force water under your skin giving you a soft bloated look and feel. the sugars and aspartame will spike insulin causing you to pack on fat. not exactly whats wanted. theres alot out there. but be careful, in the supplement industry you do not always get what you pay for. there are times when the cheaper price is better quality than the big name big price brands with crap stuffed into their product. just research ask questions train hard and grow

I wouldve said that too, but I think he's more into building excessive muscle as opposed to being in overall strength/cardio condition.

Like others mentioned, I think you need to play around w/ different products to see what works best for you. Not everyone will react the same way to product X and Y.

ya at such a young age i would watch out for going on a cycle. there are alot of negative side effects let alone the whole illegal thing. you really need to know what your doing and how to do it and how to cycle off in order to stay healthy and avoid gynocomastia, acne, balding, testicular shrinkage, unwanted hair growth and others. bad stuff watch out

ha yeah my buddy is starting another cycle in a couple days(DUMB) he weighs 170 is 5'10" and benches 275. And I am 6'2" 195 and bench 315. Not that it is all about bench because it isnt but thats just a comparison of using or not using steroids. We workout together a lot so our workouts are similar. I took creatine last year and gained 20lbs in two months, after i was sick. I was thinking about taking testosterine pills or something but they are pricey seems like waste of money. I wouldnt do a cycle dude:cool:
