I don't think that would be a problem for most people :D

That should be ok.... I've heard of others doing that. As long as you don't exceed the max they say in a 24 hour period.

    .

Chris 4x4 has broken bones ?? Which ones may I ask ??

Drink lots of Moo Juice (mostly skim aka fat free as it has more absorbable calcium that replaces the extracted fat). Most 2% and 3.2% whole milk have less calcium. Taking some high quality supplements with a calcium boost is good too. Calcium will help with cramps to ... just don't overdo it.

Stay after from ALL alcohol ... as his will decrease or increase the effectiveness of these drugs.

    .

Good luck Chris ... a speedy recovery ...

Gotta bail chris. Anyway, limit the IBUP to 3200mg/day and the Vicodin to 8/day if its regular strength (5/500) or 5/day if its ES (7.5/750). The Vicodin limits is going by the tylenol (acetaminophen) content. Of course those are the absolute max doses per day so try to stay under if possible. Drink lots of water as IBUP can cause kidney dysfunction and also eat before you take it as just one pill has been shown to cause some amount of GI bleed. Absolutely no alcohol as it worsens GI bleed, reacts with Tylenol to cause liver failure, and worsens respiratory depression with hydrocodone.

So taking large amounts of vitamin C won't make my pee-pee bigger after all?
