I'm pretty sure the machine Billy Mays invented to skin raisins is what killed him. You notice there were no pictures of his funeral released? That's because he looked like he gazed upon the Ark of the Covenant. That raisin peeler sure was revolutionary though...

It's not hourly that you need to worry about, it's minute...ly. You need to eat 3.7 every 12 minutes.

I don't understand. You want the blood to reveal any problems caused by your normal lifestyle. "Cramming" for it the week before may give you results that aren't a good reflection of your health.

Or are you on drugs and you don't want that to show up?

Remember. Anything but THC will be out of your body in a matter of a day or hours.

You can be drunk and on 7 hits of acid and pass a drug test.

Healthier blood = better insurance.

That's all he's going for.

They're probably checking for drugs.

Because honestly, if this is an instant blood check - they're not looking for data that can be changed simply by eating differently. They're looking for an opputunity to DENY you coverage or something that's gonna kill you in the short term.

Fish, white chicken, and rice, stay away for the saturated fats. Lots of fruits and veggies instead of chips and dip, salads and light dressings...cranberry juice and pickle juice cleans the system out good.

Oatmeal for breakfast - no sugar, use slenda in everything and SKIM MILK

Diet soda

Work out hard the night before the test, it raises your good Cholestorel (spfk), like heavy weights and a couple miler on the treadmill
Lots of water and no beer...

We get a discount for good numbers here too, so I put in my time a week before and my numbers drop like a rock. but try and watch it throughout the year..good luck
