    It doesn't have to be that way! I have this crazy scheme. It's called crossfit. I think you would be a great fit. No it's not some kind of pyramid scheme, trust me I've looked into it and I'm doing it myself. From what information I have gained from talking to you, I think you will really excell at this.

    Hmmmm, im interested in this so called "Crossfit" :laugh:

    We had a throwdown in Sacramento on saturday, and our gym took 2nd, we sent our A team down there. I guess it was sold out for competitors and spectators. Our trainers couldnt even get in.

    4 minutes of Box Jumps, 24" box (20" box)
    3 minutes of hang squat snatches, 75 lbs (45 lbs)
    2 minutes of wall balls, 20 lbs (14 lbs)
    1 minute of Hand Stand Push Ups ​

    I wasn't sure I was ever going to get one. The more energy you have the better. I use to practice after the WOD and O-lift. Left me with nothing left to give so I would get close but no go. Tried it today after the WOD when I still had something and that's when it happened.

    I didn't get to try it again today. Spent the majority of the day hovering around the toilet. Had me a bit of the food poisoning. Not really sure what I ate, but it wasn't a fun day. Hopefully I'll give it another go tomorrow.

    5 Push Jerks @ 155# (from the ground no rack)
    10 wieghted abmat situps 35#
    30 Double Unders

    Knocked out 4rds + 12 double unders. Coulda got more but someone got to my wire rope before I could :angry:
