Thanks dude, it was a rough one. All week they're supposed to be ball busters

    Today:
    10 min to do 3rds
    10 DL @ 275
15 Double squat wall balls (2 squats one after throw, one when you catch, counts as one)
After 10min, immediately move to 3rds:
    250m row
    5x bear complex 95#

First part: I got 2rds+5 DL due to the fact I was doing 30 wall balls, dunno why just completely jacked it up in my head, had me pissed as hell too that I couldn't finish it
    Second part: 14:43

Let's see if you guys can decipher this:

    SDLHP Push Press Double Unders
    21 3 21
    18 6 18
    15 9 15
    12 12 12
    9 15 9
    6 18 6
    3 21 3

    Time: 12:43

Even better that it didn't show up like how I spaced it out

YA I understood that, seems like a little burner. Today we did:

    800m Run
    15 L pull ups
    600m Run
    30 Strict pull ups
    400m Run
    45 Kip pull ups
    200m Run

    17:47

The strict pull ups did it to me. Took the longest.

Tomorrow is my Bday WOD becuase we had 3 bdays this week and today the trainer looked at me and laughed when someone mentioned that tomorrow was a bday WOD.

Bday WOD actually went pretty good, I was surprised. One of the guy's names, 5 people, was Bear so we did the Bear complex. I got 125 for the final weight. The last set sucked, and it hurt. Then I got the bright idea to go for a 15 mile mtn bike ride right after the WOD.

Ya, it would have been if I woulda been able to ride my new bike, just got a new one yesterday, riding a hardtail on rocky terrain SUCKED

Nice dude. I MIGHT be on the affiliate team. I am in no way gonna be in "competition" form, but I told them if they absolutely need someone I could do it because I would hate to see them miss out because noone can get the time off work. So I guess we'll see what happens in the next two weeks

My bad, they were 95lb thrusters. I got 4 rounds + run. MY right knee is hurting right now so kinda scared so taking it super easy for the next couple days. Kinda pissed because I was pumped up doing my two a days and really wanted to do back squats, which they did today, and I couldnt even do a body squat :(
