Just started Crossfit last week. I'm hooked! Wish my work schedule allowed more days to go. Does every box do the same WOD?

The exception being the open currently going on that I was referencing above, but it is over this week. Also, the named workouts (Fran, Linda, Murph, filty fity etc.) are often done all over and are a good way to measure your personal progress.

Just started a week ago and I'm addicted!! Been following the WOD's online and working out with a few friends. Talk about tough and sore!! I can't wait to get in the gym everyday.

    Sub'd!

I did a round of 13.5 for practice yesterday. The Chest to bars suck. My arms are way too damn long. This will be a one and done WOD for me.

Haha, I am 6'5" so I feel you. I dont feel too handicapped on C2Bs, but squats, thrusters, and leg shit kill me with the long legs. Arm stuff I don't feel too bad about.

    Today's workout was tough!

Did 135# squat cleans and modified GHD to regular sit-ups x 1.5

    So...
    135# squat clean 15
    45 sit-ups

    135# squat clean 12
    36 sit-ups

    down to 3 and 9

    12:25

    Love this shit :headbang:

Did 13.5 yesterday and got 61 reps. I never want to do that WOD again. That was by far worse then the Fran ladder from the last two years.

well of all the open wods i sucked at this on the most. the thrusters were easy but i just had not pull left for chest to bars after i finished my second round of thrusters. i got no rep'd so many times in the last 1 minute it sucked!!! i ended up with 46 I'm not happy but I'm glad its over. on to regular wods and working on my weakness's
