You sir are a fucking idiot. Maybe you should examine your trainers, your form, and your mindset before even saying something so ignorant... The human race sometimes i swear...

    Bone stock. For now.
Oh well, to each their own. I started off loving bodybuilding. But I wanted to perform better. And I found CrossFit. Honestly, I still have a lot of respect for bodybuilders. As I do for powerlifters, runners, or just anyone who stays fit and active. It all takes hard work and dedication. I'd rather see a tanned up bodybuilder who is at least doing SOMETHING than someone rolling down an aisle in WalMart in a Hover Round because they've eaten themselves into disability. If people wanna hate on CF, let 'em. It just fuels my fire.

I have to agree, there are really only 2 movements that should ever be done in a gym

I think Parker would be in the top 10, possibly close to 5th, been following his training.. Froning possible 4peat but he's got some tough competitors chasing him. Definitely going to be exciting to watch.

    anyways.... 20hrs 55mins to go.

good luck everyone, most of all have fun and listen to your body!!

Definitely doing 14.1 tomorrow morning! I'm shooting for 9 rounds.

Tonight was a 10 min EMOM of 2 cleans @75% 1RM and 7 hand release push-ups. Completed all 10 rounds at 225, in under 24 seconds.
