muscle twitching

My right tricept has been twitching for like the past two hours, how do i make it stop? it's getting so annoying.

i had a 3 hour practice today.....but i didn't use my arms extensivly, it was soccer

drink water or gatorade and eat a banana, for future referance if you mix pedialite and water half n half its awesome for you

and try to go to bed itll clear up in the morning, prolly dehydration though

 

Muscle twitching can be from lack of potassium. Eat a couple bananas and it should go away.

Have you ever had a eye lid do that? Makes you want to slam your head against the wall.

 

My shoulder twitched for honestly like a week and a half a few months ago. I did everhyting I knew to do and it just kept goin. It sucked. But it'll go away eventually. Just man up.
