    Hello Everyone,
My girlfriend and I have been looking into doing the Isagenix Cleanse either the 30 day cleanse or the 9 day cleanse. I just wanted to see what everyone thought about it and if you lost much weight with it. And if you noticed any difference after doing the cleanse...

If you want to cleanse your system, chug a bottle of magnesium citrate. You'll be cleansed before bed i promise lol

not too familiar with that line. i tried looking at their website, but i didnt see any thing that contained any nutritional values. if you find em, post em up here. the problem with most cleanse systems, is that they can flush out valuable electrolytes. so make sure that whatever it is you decide to take has something that will help replace what your pushing out. cause remember your pushing out both good and bad. so replace the good.
