Okay getting kinda soggy around the mid section and I have about 30 pounds to loose. I tried the low carb thing but I don't have the will power and as a cop i dont want to be gassed at the littlest thing because of the lack of carbs in my diet to so I up and bought insanity off a guy on craigslist.

Just did the fit test on the first day and got a hell of a workout. Oh Well 59 days to go lol.

Might post up before and after stats when I am done.

A few of my friends are on this plan and have showed tremendous results. They are back to high school skinny, no joke.

    GL with the work out

Kinda. My wife helps me eat pretty well my main problem is the last minute junk I eat a work throughout the night(thats gone now). And I am gonna track all of my food on MyPyramid.Gov. It looks like 60 days of eggs for breakfast, mostly chicken and some salmon, brown rice and broccoli. Surprisingly I like baby spinach salads-not going vegetarian though.

I need to get back in shape. Starting get a gut, but I don't "know" how to work out, I don't know where to start, what to eat, how many reps or sets to do, or when it's time to step up to more weight. Any ways good luck and keep us updated.

Round is a shape so if you are round you are in shape I love it. I also love the "I am saving money on dry cleaning by pressing my clothes from the inside out every day"

If P90x or Insanity are a bit too much, you can always start with Power 90. It's also by beach body and same concept. It's 35 mins of cardio a day...same concept but less strenuous.

I had a friend that did p90x for a while, once he pussed out of that he started something about working out 4 hours a months. Somehow it triggers hormones to build muscle and lose fat, I don't remember the name of the program but so far he's had pretty good results. Just another option to consider

I just lost weight by watching what I eat. Cut down on fat and sugar drastically, no more chips unless they are baked etc. My problem is that I have reached my goal, but my eating habbits are now staying with me, and i'm still losing weight which I don't want to. I just can't eat fatty or sugary foods anymore. I also exercise, karate twice a week, badminton or squash once a week and walk to work everyday. (it's not far).

I'm also trying to clean up my eating habits...definitely easier said than done but it's going okay. Getting to the gym is the easy part. Good luck to everybody!
