I started home brewing a few months back, but my wife isn't a fan of most ales. She does like Brooklyn Summer Ale. Anyone have a good clone recipe for it?

Here is the commercial description. You could play with a brew calculator to get where you need to be.

Two Row British Malts Hops: German Perle and American Cascade, Fuggle, and Amarillo Alcohol: 4.5% by volume Original Gravity: 11 Plato

Thanks. I almost feel like there should be some lemon zest, too. I'll see what I can come up with.

Are you doing all grain or partial mash?
