Awesome. The witbier I mentioned earlier int he thread was my first attempt at all grain brewing, was doing extract kits previously. I took a taste when I was bottling and without carbonation I always have a hard time telling if it will be good or not but this one tasted pretty good even without CO2...so my fingers are crossed that it turns out decent.

They are more fun...you have more control over everything and you really get more involved with the final product than when your using LME.
