Bad planning on my part.

I thought I had another stack of mesh boxes but they were actually grill boxes.

I have two sets of Toyota letters and a set of Tacoma letters on hand but this batch has six!

Oops.

Jerry's great with knocking out a run of letters so I won't have to wait too long for them. The boxes are a bit of a different story - I've got a customer of mine at work that custom builds them for me but they do them when they can fit them in - not on demand.
I hope to be able to get them by the end of next week.

How did u paint the trd logo like that? I am about to do that to my grille but a different concept to it, but I like the size and font of yours if you don't mind sharing

Correct - for that style grill the letters are embossed in the mesh during the fabrication process. The piece is then sent to powder coat and before assembly the TRD logo is painted on in an accent color.
I've done most in red but have also color matched to Super White and Speedway blue.
Not too many of these around.

 

I just posted pics of the design concept I am goin to try to do for my grille, its only a fast moc up made right now when I am done hopefully will be better and the letters will be painted on in silver or smoke grey, its under 2nd generation buy sale trade, accidently put in wrong section if you wanna look at it and give you opinion

 

man..... one of those raptor grilles would look sweet on my magnetic gray, but $550 is pretty tough to swallow for a grille.

 

They take an incredible ammount of time to produce and are completely built by me by hand.
FWIW I do offer a Military Discount - not many vendors here do.

 

don't get me wrong, I totally understand and think its worth the money for what you make, its just not in the budget for me

but its soooooo pretty!!!

He's just got to do a little painting & it's all set.

 

Quick update:
Current batch is coming along quite nicely. They are all prepped and I've got all the triangles completely done.
I expect the letters at some point this week and once I have them the mesh will be sent to p/c.
I've got a few final touches to complete and I'll have the two 1st gen grills shipping out.
