    Needed to change my direct deposit a couple of weeks back and personally attempted to drop it off at HR (always do this when my social is involved). Apparently HR moved from San Jose to Pleasanton and our facilities guy said he'd put it inner office, which was going out shortly. Well, the form (3 bank accounts & my SS#) is gone. All they're telling me is sorry .. FURIOUS right now!
