    Hey guys n gals

    I have an chance to take a job as a parts manager of a local CASE IH tractor dealership. I was kinda curious what a good wage to take/ they offered me 18/hr to start an after 90days 23/hr . any input would be greatly appreciated

    caged, camburg long travel, 50t leafpack (soon to be installed) light rack over cab, 5pt harnesses etc
    im not a manager, but try to get on at a local bank. chase loan processer starting pay is like 20.50/hr

    just an idea.

    18/hr sounds awesome for retail management...

    I dont know about wages in your neck of the woods, but that is high compared to here in FL.

    The managers at the burlington coat factory I worked at made around 18 per hour. I was a front end supervisor and made almost $9. It was pathetic.

    You should take it. If anything you will gain the all wanted "Manager Experience". That gives you a huge edge over others when looking for a new job. I'm a Civil Service Maintenance Supervisor/ Shop Manager for the Army. I make good money but I hate the job. I'm staying here till soemthing else comes along but I'm gaining the experience.
