    We had a nice article in the paper about that. Turns out that "based on true story" is a load of crap. Nothing even close to that ever happened.... Alll Hollywood.... but yea movie looks freakin scary. There are a lot of jobs up here and the pay is great, cost of living isnt cheap though

    Lived and worked in Anchorage for 10 months on a project back in 2006, spent some time in Fairbanks during that time frame also...loved it up there.. Anchorage is no colder then Chicago winters, but in the summers the mosquitoes are bigger :)

    great place to live!

    I would just moan with pleasure when they put the probes in.

    I wanted to work up in alaska so bad this summer. I am going to check craigslist for some internships or summer jobs. If I find anything that looks more appealing then studying abroad in the middle east I want to do it
