If youve read my first thread Retraining Discrimation Round 1 I have a follow up for all those who care,I called the Labor Deptmart Head who handles the Schools,Colleges,VoTechs involved with the State of NJ retraining for the Unemployed thru State@Federal $$$ told her how I was told about not being eligable to go to an out of state institution because Im not a minority by a counselor at the NJ Career Center she was floored to hear about firstly and told me she would investigate it further and get back to me. Got a message on my cell from her saying that this so-called ruling doesnt exist and shes contacted the manager at this career center about it and theres a meeting tommorrow to tell whomever telling this to the clients to stop it. What the f-ck now what should I do? Ask for a new counselor instead of the lying ho that gave me false info I dont want to burn any bridges that could lead me to a pretty much totally free schooling whilst Im out of work peeps dont take it to well when you go over thier heads on shit like this and theyll know its me who told but I couldnt let $4000-$6500 of training money go because of a stupid counselor,and just let it go My other question would be why in the freakin world someone would tell something like that to a propective student thats totally false? She must have a bone up her anus about something,mybeits just me Im lucky like that Anyways Ill call back the lady at the Labor Dept. tommorrow and ask her opinion on what would be the best move for me, ask for a new counselor because the one I gots a lying Ho how could I trust her any farther with anything!
