Boss Evaluation

We have been asked to do an anonymous evaluation of our GM at work. The form reads like this;

Things that you want (GM) to:

Start doing-
Continue doing-
Stop doing-


As I said it is anonymous but due to the economic downturn, our company has downsized to the point where it will be pretty obvious who wrote what. I am fairly new here and have avoided layoff so far and would like to keep it that way.

Any suggestions on what to write?

Under "continue doing" write: not discriminating against me because of my sexual preference

Then you can put whatever you want in the other fields.

Stop doing- micro-managing

Dont ever write anything bad about your boss. EVER. This will create more potential for you at work. Also, you may need a favor from them one day.
