Dude, I interview people every day, Im a recruiter. Big tip for you, at least in my opinion. Go into the interview, be confident, and treat them as a good friend. Be professional with it though. I think that people arent themselves in an interview a lot, and it shows. You should do some googling on interview questions, and brush up a little on that stuff. Situational questions are a big thing. Just trying to help. PM me if you want more info, ideas, etc.

thanks for the support guys! I've already been rejected from a second round interview from Cisco and didnt get interviews with Intel, Bloomberg, and other companies. Its been hard to stay positive in this economy because major companies keep coming to my campus, interviewing 20+ students, and only taking 1 or none at all.

Illinoisboytacoma thx for the offer, i probably have some questions I'll PM you.

got done with the second interview and I really dont want this job. I know its a bad economy and whatever but I studied serious finance for the past three years and this job is pretty much a glorified insurance salesman. The company has mutual funds managed in New Jersey but the other offices just call and meet people to sell their investment vehicles. They tried to sugarcoat it during the interview process and make is sound as if I would be an 'entrepenuer' by making commission and that 'I would be controling my goals and ambitions'. They said they are gonna make me an offer this afternoon but Ima shoot them down. I played along the interview process just to practice my interviewing haha, I put on a really good act as to how much I wanted this job and how Im qualified for it.

For the time being I applied to Symantec and SanDisk through my school's career center so fingers crossed.

Only you know if it's a good fit. I took a job once that I knew I was going to hate because I really needed a job at the time. Hated every minute of it and couldn't wait to get out. The right thing will come along. Good luck.
