    Not to hijack the thread or anything, there seems to be a few AZ LEO's in here and I'm trying to get into LEO as a career. Because of the hiring freezes that are currently in affect, finding employment in the field has been difficult. I was thinking about being a volunteer cop for Phx PD or anyone else for that matter, is there any advice or recommendations that the AZ LEO guys would give? I will be graduating with a BS in justice studies in May!
