Fog light hid not working now

Hey guys, I bought a set of hid for my aftermarket fogs about 6 months ago or so. They worked perfectly until about 2 days ago. I unhooked the bulb and ballast and igniter box and even switched them to the opposite side checked fuse but it was good. I'm stumped. Help appreciated.

Fog Lights are not grounded...And if that was the case then they wouldnt have worked for 6 months now...right?
