How do you safely remove that White Clip for the back of the Bowl? I want to remove the bowl and I don't want to break it.

any pics? i don't have a second gen. my retainer clip was really easy to remove on the 1st gen. i would imagine they are not that different since they are both an h4

Small pin/phillips head and gently push tab while pulling down with some pliers

 

That's a tough one. I broke mine. It looks like you can get it off by getting underneath your truck and taking your time, but it looks like a real tedious job.

 

i would use a flat tip. push gently and pull the reflector.


odds are there is a clip on top that you can't see in that pic. needle nose pliers would be ideal, but it doesn't look like you have the space to use them

 

Never mind. Wrong clip.

 

I GOT IT!!! Its more than it looks. You have to unscrew everything first and use a needle nose to clip it out once you remove the rear screws/

 

Pffft....I Ruined a perfectly good Back Housing. . . Such a NEWB move. .

Did it on my 21st set of BHLM. . .
