Alright, I got my BHLM/Morimoto projector mod done and everthing went pretty smoothly, that fourth screw is a tad of a pain. Here is my question, how high at what distance do I set my cut off line. That's all I need is some adjusting, also is it possible to rotate one of the projectors, it seems a tad crooked, if so how? Thanks for any help.

at 25 feet from a wall, the cut off should drop 2-3 inches from the source height.

OK got it. What about the rotating of the projector after it's been sealed and mounted. It's not to bad, but I am a tad anal.

The lens is glued into place, the projector is not. But the light is mounted.

Those look nice!!! Are they the D2S Morimotos? How hard was the install and is it possibly to get any night output shots?

that came out looking really nice. do you have any stray light coming from behind the shroud that lights up the reflector?

Yes, they are the D2S Morimotos, I will post some beam shots as soon as I can get everything dialed in, will be a couple of days though, I'm working graveyard for the next few nights. As far a scattered light I'm not sure, finished the install right before friends started showing up for a football party. Took one quick run around the block, and can tell they need tuning. I will look in the morning when I leave work. And thanks for the compliments guys.

No scattered light from the main reflectors, the only light you can see is coming fron the projector lens. Again, they are not tuned properly, but driving home this morning at 5:30 the beam was very nice and wide, with no oncoming flashes from other drivers, high beam was sweet along with HID fogs, all 6000k bulbs. Before I get the "This thread is useless without pics post" I can't tune very well in the daylight, I'm working 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
