HID HELP PLEASE TROUBLE INSTALLED

    3" procomp lift wit 20" rockstars on 33 toyo mt's
    me and my friend just installed hids in my truck and the hi/lo's work and my drive side fog works but the other side does not. i took the ballis from the driver side fog and it still was not working. when i hooked up the ballis's the light flickered for a sec and then does not work. any1 know wat could be wrong? if not i going to call were i bought them from and tell them to send me a new 1

    the ballast is probably bad. Its not rare to hear that about HID's. Try turn them on/off a few times and maybe thatll get it going. If it doesnt, get a new one.

    Not much......college student using the GI Bill to survive.
    It sounds like that bulb's busted or you could have one faulty ballast which could have burnt out the bulb. Either way contact who ever you bought the kit from and ask for a new one.

    wait. just read it again. LOL. Maybe a bad bulb. You tried swapping balasts right? And the problem didnt follow the ballast?

    yea i swapped ballast from the fog light that was working to to the that was not and the bulb was still doing the same thing. me and my friend think it is the bulb but iwas just going to see wat yall thought

    it has to be the bulb, thats the only option at this point. Both ballasts are producing/transfering power as noted by your switch. So the problem has to be after the ballast. Just get a new bulb.

    well thank yall for advice. i going to call and get new bulb. are they going to want me to send the old bulb back?

    has any1 had the same problem as i am having? The place i ordered the hids from is not returning my calls or my emails.
