    suspension and armor
    so ive been thinking about putting lights behind my grill and want hids and just cant justify spending 400 each. i found these but have not ever heard of them before. does anybody kow about them or see anything that is a red flag. http://www.hidoffroad.com/

    Look for some kragen hid's. They r the best hid offroad lights for your buck. They r only about 105 a piece I believe. Search them :thumbsup: but those ones u have posted seem pretty solid. The only problem is the plastic housings on the kragens and these lights can break if the take a hard hit.

    For the distance lights, what I did was buy two cheap harbor freight 6" lights (they look like KC copies, but $10 each) and but a cheap HID kit for them and they work really well. The housing is metal and I believe the lens is glass. I got the HID kit from these guys: http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Apexcone-Raptor-HID-Kit.
    I got the 55w 5k or 6k, But I recommend a lower K (for less blue). They have been working really well. But I havent taken them to the desert to see how durable they are.
