My 2010 Tacoma's parking lights only light up the little marker lights way off the side of the lamp assembly. I've seen dozens of tacos with the turn signal bulbs lit up with them as well. Mine only come on constantly when I have the headlights on.

Is there a way that doesnt include wire splicing to change this? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Sounds like you are seeing the trucks with daytime running lights. If you use the search options and look for DTRL MOD it might answer your questions. If you don't have DTRL, then a change in the relay behind the fuse block can give you that, but there's a bunch of different wayd to skin it. DTRL can't be turned off, always on. Hope that helps.
