100w H3 HID conversion for my Hella 700FF's

I ordered 100w H3 hid's from wholesalehid.com. I had 55w hid hella 500's and they were pretty good.

I've never seen anything for automotive with this kind of output.

I'll post pics when done, have to wait for them to be shipped to me

100 watt is typically a halogen wattage... 35 watt HIDs are as bright as 150 watts Halogen... It amazes me when people put on 55 watt HIDs, and KC has a 70 watt HID racing light...

Are you sure you found a 100 watt HID... and if so why wouuld you need that? I mean I love night lighting.. but wow... Do you have the factory info?

I Know. I put 100w halogens in it already, want more light. HID put out far less infared so It should be safe on the reflector as well.

I've had 35w and 55w hid and there is a good difference imo. my street bike has 55w hid projectors and is amazing how much light comes out.

4 x 100w HID lights will put out a ton of light (or at least I'm hoping)

chech it out at wholesale HID .com

I would be willing to put them in some 9" lights when I finally get around to doing that... Which will likely be some time from now

What kind of 100W bulb have these Chineese geniuses come up with that companies like Phillips and Osram have not been able to?

Or is this just some substandard Chicom 35W HID bulb that they plan to give a 100-200 hour life too before it burns up and costs you $50 a bulb to replace every few months?

I sense massive fail in your future...

with 4 hellas converted to 100w hid you are going to have some very angry roadsigns if you use them on the road. By angry I mean very bright. Hell I have two hella 1000 black magics converted to hid and two more that are halogen and I find the signs are pretty angry.
