Sylvania silverstar Ultra for the win. Only other option is the HID kits for super white.

I just put in the Philips x-treme power bulbs & fogs in my 09 taco. I am very satisfied with the increased brightness. They are much 'whiter' than the oem bulbs and have a very nice cut-off. They were $50 and I got them from Car Quest. So far they haven't pissed off any on-coming traffic.

The fog lights, which were $20/each, don't appear to be noticeably brighter and I don't advise on getting them. Just keep the stock fog lights.

I put the sylvania silverstar ultra's in my wife's 07 sequoia and while they are nice, they are not as good as the philips x-treme power bulbs.

    Hope this helps.

Besides the silverstars, your other options are philips extreme or PIAA bulbs. The PIAAs don't seem to have a long lifespan though, especially for the price. No experience with the Wally World bulbs you speak of, sorry.
